US startup Roboteos have created Heliotrope 1.0, a minimal rooftop mounted vehicular solar panel that automatically tracks the position of the sun, generating up to 2X the power compared with a static panel.
The 2-axis, 400W solar array weighs 68 kg and is available to pre-order for $5,440.
