Swiss manufacturer Stadler has established a new Guinness World Record for the longest distance covered by a hydrogen-powered passenger train without needing to refuel.

The hydrogen fuel-cell powered FLIRT H2 model traveled a total of 2,803 kilometers (approximately 1,741.7 miles) over the course of more than 46 hours on a single fuel supply.
