- Heuft is a global player in the field of container rejection systems, offering a wide range of solutions for the beverage industry, among other sectors.
- The Heuft DELTA-FW is specifically designed for the upright rejection and distribution of round, filled bottles and cans. It features up to sixteen segments that form a rejection curve to guide the containers.
- This multi-segment rejector can handle line outputs of up to 150,000 containers per hour. It ensures that good containers are not touched, yet faulty ones are effectively rejected.
- The Heuft DELTA-K is ideal for sorting or upright rejection of empty containers, as well as the distribution of both empty and full containers. It also features up to 16 segments that can be individually extended.
- The Heuft DELTA-K is capable of high line outputs, managing up to 72,000 containers per hour. It is designed to only remove faulty products, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- The Heuft XY is another multi-segment rejector that can distribute full containers made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate, recyclable plastic) and glass onto up to four lanes. It is suitable for PET lines with a performance range of up to 36,000 containers per hour and glass lines with up to 60,000 containers per hour.
