Unitree have introduced the Go2-W, a new quadruped robot with motorised wheels on its legs designed to navigate challenging terrain with increased agility.
From Superinnovators 05/08/24
Unlike its predecessor, the Go2, the Go2-W is equipped with four 7-inch pneumatic tyres, which can be locked to switch between rolling and walking modes.
The company say that the robot can reach speeds of up to 5.6 mph (2.5 m/s) and can carry payloads of up to 6.6 lb (3 kg).
It’s powered by a 15,000-mAh battery that provides up to four hours of endurance and includes features such as super-wide-angle LiDAR, wide-angle vision cameras, and octa-core processing capabilities.
Unitree have yet to disclose pricing and availability details for the Go2-W, but as a rough guide, the Go2 retails at $2,800 per dog.
