INDUSTRIAL ATHLETE combines the award-winning analysis software with the reliable wireless motion capture technology XSENS.

This integration creates one of the most versatile measurement methods in ergonomics, capable of identifying frequent load types such as body forces, awkward postures, and repetitions for each body region.

These are then evaluated according to current ergonomic and biomechanical standards (DIN, EN, ISO).

The ergonomics analysis includes 21 load parameters and avatar display, identification of hidden health risks, real-time stress analysis, 3-D Grasp space visualisation, and various other features.

The system also offers exoskeleton and CAD workstation simulation, freedom of movement with wireless sensor technology (XSENS), and language selection in 12 languages.

Automatic reports provide a comprehensive overview of the load map, quick analysis for six body regions and three load types, evaluation according to international standards, and other features like cumulative dose calculation and ready-to-print formatting.

The detected body postures and joint loads are graphically animated and synchronized with video recordings of the real work performance.

A traffic light system indicates the level of physical load, enabling fast and meaningful workload analyses, physical risk assessments, and ergonomic workplace design without time-consuming procedures.
